By signing up for an account, purchasing a service, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that GoGoHost provides services “as is” and “as available” and that service availability may vary based on system maintenance, security events, hardware failures, or network disruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services temporarily or permanently without prior notice and without liability to you.

User Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen years of age and are legally able to enter binding contracts under applicable law. By registering for an account, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Creation and Security

Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use GoGoHost’s services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Resource Allocation and Limits
Each hosting plan comes with specific resources such as disk space, bandwidth, and memory. Usage of these resources must remain within the allocated limits defined by your selected plan.

We monitor resource usage to maintain server health and performance. If your website or application significantly exceeds its limits, you may be required to upgrade your plan or optimize your resource usage.

In extreme cases of abuse or if your activity causes disruption to other clients, we may suspend or throttle your account without prior notice.

Domain Registrations
GoGoHost offers domain registration and management services as a reseller through third-party registrars. All domain-related transactions are governed by the policies of the respective registries, including ICANN and Nominet.

It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of WHOIS information and to renew domain names before they expire. Failure to do so may result in loss of ownership or additional recovery fees.

You agree not to register domain names for unlawful purposes or to infringe upon the intellectual property of others.

Payment and Billing
All services provided by GoGoHost are subject to payment according to our current pricing. Charges are billed in advance and must be paid via an approved payment method.

You agree to maintain valid billing information on your account. In case of failed or overdue payments, GoGoHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Recurring services such as hosting or domain renewals are billed automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods or unused service time unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

VAT or other applicable taxes may be added based on your billing address and regional regulations.

Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your services with GoGoHost at any time through your client area or by contacting support. Cancellations must be submitted before the renewal date to avoid automatic billing.

GoGoHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate services, accounts, or access if:

You breach these Terms of Service or other applicable policies
Your account is involved in illegal or abusive activity
You fail to make timely payments
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

Upon cancellation or termination, your account data, files, and backups may be deleted from our servers. We are not responsible for data loss after service termination.

Backups and Data Retention
GoGoHost offers periodic backups on certain hosting plans. However, these backups are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups and copies of critical data.

We recommend downloading your data before initiating cancellations or migrations to another provider. GoGoHost is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or restoration issues.

Support Services
Technical support is available to all GoGoHost customers through email, live chat, or support tickets. Our support team will assist with server-related issues, hosting configuration, and account queries.

Support does not include tasks such as third-party software troubleshooting, website development, or debugging custom code. Managed support plans may include extended services as defined in your service agreement.

Abuse, harassment, or offensive conduct toward our staff may result in service restrictions or termination.

Uptime Guarantee
GoGoHost strives to maintain high levels of uptime across our infrastructure. While we invest in redundancy, monitoring, and maintenance, occasional downtime may occur due to unforeseen events such as hardware failure, software errors, cyberattacks, or force majeure.

Our uptime guarantees, if included in your service level agreement, are subject to terms and do not apply during scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.

Intellectual Property
All content, software, and intellectual property on the GoGoHost website, including logos, designs, and documentation, are the property of GoGoHost or its licensors and are protected under UK and international copyright law.

Services will meet your specific requirements
Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Any defects will be corrected
Data loss will never occur

You use our services at your own risk. GoGoHost is not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, data breaches, software errors, or unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability
